The Pastry Parade (Süteménymustra) had been organized by the team of the Székely Konyha [Szekler Kitchen] on several premies with the aim of popularizing home-made pastries. The host of the event was Alíz Jánossy, the editor in chief of the periodical entitled Székely Konyha [Szekler Kitchen]. There were 13 people from Csíkszereda to enter the first event with their home-made pastries at the Kájoni János Library of Harghita County.
