We organized a Gastronomical Evening for a second time with the editors of the Székely Konyha [Szekler Kitchen] periodical. This time, Alíz Jánossy, the managing editor of the gastronomical magazine and the guests presented a range of traditional paschal dishes from Szeklerland.
