48 students of the Segitő Mária Catholic High School arrived in eight groups at the library’s local history department on the 8th of April, 2015. The activities took place in the framework of the School Otherwise program.
The aim of the work organized under the title Miercurea Ciuc 1915 is to give students a whole image of the Miercurea Ciuc from 100 years ago, the town’s everyday life, the cityscape, precious personalities etc. The local history department of the library gave students a helping hand to find answers to these questions. The students collected data in groups of 6-7 members about the old Miercurea Ciuc.
